Realtor Launch Kit ("we") sells editable Canva template packs for real estate agents at agentbrandkit.lol. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Email address. When you buy a kit, your delivery email is attached to your order so we can send your download link. When you request the free sample pack, we use your email to send it (and only occasional tips you can unsubscribe from with one click).
• Payment data. Card details never touch our servers — payments are processed by Stripe. We store only payment identifiers needed to verify your purchase and unlock your download.
• Server logs. Standard hosting logs (IP address, timestamps, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Measurement. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel on this site to measure page views, checkout starts, and purchases, and to understand which of our own ads led to a sale. This involves cookies or similar identifiers set by Meta. You can block it with any cookie blocker or browser setting, or opt out of Meta's use of this data via Meta's ad-preference and opt-out tools (for example, the Digital Advertising Alliance's WebChoices tool).

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We don't spam. Free-pack emails are occasional and every one has a one-click unsubscribe.
• We don't see or store your card number.

Service providers

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS).
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare Pages).
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement (pixel).

Data retention & deletion

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and dispute purposes. Want your email removed from our lists or your order data deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our templates are a tool for working professionals and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
